OpenCredo welcomes our new Digital Architecture Director, Pete Sheffield.

OpenCredo are pleased to announce our latest addition to the team and new Digital Architecture Director, Pete Sheffield.  Pete was previously Chief Software Engineer at a global express parcels company.

Pete was fortunate to be exposed to the entire gamut of ownership opportunities that exist in a typical large enterprise, from package integration to custom build and from in-house to near- and off-shore development teams numbering in the hundreds.

His pragmatism and common sense rational approach to process, automation and innovation, coupled with the ability to communicate at all levels from coal face, to supplier, to executive board enabled the organisation to regain ownership and control of its software assets and to build a platform for growth.

Currently Pete is heavily engaged in the definition and execution of Open Credo’s digital platform architecture. The platform is designed to empower the transformation of eBusiness from a product oriented customer presence to a goal oriented experience focussed on customer need. Founded on re-use of assets already existent in the client enterprise the platform provides new and extended capabilities such as single view of customer, elastic scaling, enhanced analytics, personalised marketing, and multi channel delivery of the user experience.
