OpenCredo (OC) is a UK-based software development consultancy working with some of the most exciting companies across the UK and globally - helping them achieve more by leveraging modern technology and delivery approaches. We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Executive to be a part of our growth and help take OC to the next level. This role will report into our Head of Commercial Partnerships who is looking to expand his team and continue growing our customer base and revenue.. This role is instrumental in helping us grow OC further over the next couple of years. You will be provided with full training and tools needed to be successful in your role.

What you’ll spend your time on:

  • Account management: Liaising with our existing accounts, and checking in with past accounts to look for new opportunities and ensure our customers are receiving the best possible service from their delivery teams.
  • Prospecting: Finding new customers through direct market research, and networking.
  • Nurturing leads: Facilitating the best customer experience by nurturing a lead, all the way through the sales pipeline to project inception.
  • Business Development: Constructing and conducting proactive sales outreaches and campaigns to facilitate new lead generation, with support from the Head of Commercial Partnerships
  • Liaising with Marketing: Working with our marketing team to implement new ideas to help find new work.
  • Pre Sales Activities: Working with our technical folks to facilitate calls in which our customers see the value in what we do.

REQUIREMENTS


Although aptitude and attitude are what makes a great OCer, and interviewing with OC is not a box-ticking exercise, as a rough guideline, we think you are likely to demonstrate the following on your CV:

  • 3+ years of relevant prior experience (such as tech sales) is preferable
  • Strong communication skills; ability to influence at CxO and Technical Leadership level
  • Experience with Lead Generation and Business development would be ideal
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of software engineering technologies preferable, but not mandatory
